I am going to miss you my friend, you were such a wonderful man and a great friend. I will miss our chats whilst on our monthly walks, our laughs and all of the stories you would share with us. One of our walks in particular, sticks out, when we went to Boxhill. A fantastic walk and a glorious sunny day, only to find on our return the trains had been cancelled at Boxhill for our return journey home, and wherever we went you would always come across someone you knew, and yes you knew someone at the cycle shop at Boxhill Station, and he kindly gave us a lift in his car to to Surbiton station. Thank you for all the local history stories as well.  Thank you for everything, my Intrepid Walking Friend. Rest in Eternal Peace Serge. May God hold you in his hand.
